How Did The Sediment In The Chiller Come?

The chiller is a water cooling device that can provide constant temperature, constant current and constant pressure cooling water equipment. China Water Chilling System has its own working principle, that is first inject a certain amount of water into the water tank of the machine, cool the water through the refrigeration system, and then cool the water by the water pump. The cooling water is sent to the equipment to be cooled, and the chilled water takes the heat away, and then the temperature rises and then flows back to the water tank to achieve the cooling effect. However, in the long-term use of chillers, there are often some dirt deposits in the chiller pipe or water tank. How do these deposits come from?

1. Chemical processor
If a zinc salt or a phosphate inhibitor is added to the water circulation system, zinc or phosphate scale is formed. Therefore, we must always carry out maintenance work on the chiller, not only to ensure its cooling capacity, but also to extend the life of the chiller.
2. Leakage of process media
The water cooler leaks, especially if it leaks oil or some organic matter causes sediment to form.
3. The air
Sediment, dust, microbes and their spores are carried into the circulatory system with the air, and sometimes insects are brought into the system, causing blockage of the heat ex-changer. When the environment around the cooling tower is contaminated, corrosive gases such as hydrogen sulfide, chlorine dioxide, and ammonia will react in the unit and indirectly cause deposition.

As can be seen from the above, we must always carry out maintenance work on the chiller, not only to ensure its refrigeration capacity, but also to extend the service life of the chiller.
